If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 100 days of activating your account, simply send an email to support@nepallink.net . The money back policy is only eligible if Nepallink failed to deliver promised services such as the uptime offered in website/reseller account/vps/dedicated server/email/dns/backup related services only.
Cancellations at any other time will receive a refund for pre-paid but unused service. Please note: If service is terminated in the middle of the month, NepalLink will not pro-rate the remaining funds until the end of the month. Your account remains active until the end of the month and is automatically terminated at the beginning of the next month. The effective date of any cancellation is the date on which the cancellation is verified as legitimate by Nepallink.
Any customer whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the Nepallink’s Terms & Conditions including but not limited to the Payment of Fees and the Violation of the Acceptable Use policy automatically forfeits eligibility for the Nepallink 100-Days Money Back Guarantee.
Any customer who has received a refund in the past, or has been a customer in the past 100 days is not eligible for the Nepallink Money Back Guarantee.
*This refund applies only to hosting fees and does not include any additional services provisioned by the customer including but not limited to domain name registration fees, disk space over usage fees and additional bandwidth charges.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such such as VPS, Dedicated Server, Domain Registration, Web Design,Windows Hosting, Java Hosting, Python Hosting, Ruby on Rails Hosing, Docker and K8s Hosting, OpenShift Hosting, AWS/Google Cloud consulting and any depreciated or unsupported product/services.
Domain name registrations are processed immediately and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
This policy does not apply to accounts that we have suspended for spamming, breach of contract or breach of terms of conditions as stated in Terms & Condition
